DIY Colonial Style Shed Plan
Here’s the finished shed. I added a stone walkway surrounded by pea gravel, stone steps for the single door, and traction tape for the ramp. I pretty much did all the work myself – only had ½ day’s help from a friend to lift the roof trusses into place and wife to help tilt the walls up. Other than that I did it all. I’ve done a lot of remodeling before, but this is the first time for actual building construction from plans and first time for roofing. I have electric run underground from the house for two breeder lights with yellow bulbs and one GFCI outlet. The lights hang down fro the center of the roof trusses giving plenty of light in the evenings to find a tool or other garden item.
